Categories

Internal use only. No need to edit these.

Events

Use this collection to add / update events.
All items in the Events collection will appear on the What's On page.
Exhibition events will also appear on the Exhibitions page.
Talk/Workshop events will also appear on the Education page.

Events

Adding an Event

In the editor, go to Collections > Events

Click New Event in the top right corner

Fill in the form with the event details
- Ignore the Slug field
- Landscape images work best
- Under Category, select either Event, Exhibition or Talk/Workshop.

Click Create in the top right corner

Click Publish when you want the event to go live on the website.

Scheduling an Event

In the editor, go to Collections > Events

Click on the event you want to schedule

Click the arrow beside the Save button

Click Schedule

Select the date and time

Click Schedule

The event will be published live to the website on the selected date

Loan Boxes

Adding a Loan Box

In the editor, go to Collections > Loan Boxes

Click New Loan Box in the top right corner

Fill in the form with the loan box details
- Ignore the Slug field

Click Create in the top right corner

Click Publish when you want the event to go live on the website.
