Painting with Nature: Ecology & Art Workshop

This series of workshops is aimed at those who would like to have a better understanding of Irish native plants and how their beauty can be captured through botanical art. Using a 'learning to look' approach combining ecology and art, participants can learn or improve basic plant identification skills and take a deep dive into a chosen plant in an introduction to botanical art. No previous experience of botany or art is necessary. The course will be led by Mieke Muyllaert, ecologist and botanical artist.
